Workmanship Warranty, Vehicle Damage
Please allow us up to 4 weeks for each claim to repair or correct the fault or damage. You must notify us by written message via email, WhatsApp, direct private message on our social media platforms. We will try to correct, repair the fault or damage ourselves. If we can not correct it then the customer will need to book a repair from an authorised dealerships. Dealership must provide a repair report stating specifically how our installation caused any damage to your vehicle. Customer is required to cover the cost of this repair. Once we have this report showing evidence of our fault we will refund the cost to the customer, providing they have a receipt and or paid invoice.
If you the owner or registered keeper of the vehicle correct the fault or damage yourself, have the vehicle repaired at your own cost before contacting us. We will not be held responsible for your loss or cost you inured.
Product Warranty
All dashcams and GPS trackers sold on the DTec Store includes a 1 year manufacturer warranty. This warranty is to cover manufacturer defects and does not apply to mistreatment or mishandling of the equipment. We stand behind the products we sell, but please understand that as a small business we can't afford to replace items either intentionally or accidentally damaged by improper usage.
All accessories sold on the DTec Store come with a 90 day warranty. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and does not apply to mistreatment or mishandling of the accessory.
